Thalessaboran Begins Military Buildup

At the request of Thalessaboran generals, Konrad Trotski has authorized the buildup of Thalessaboran's military.  Trotski has said that he does not intend to use his military except for defensive purposes, but that his military had been weakened by years of non-militaristic government.
