Thalessaboran farmers protest

A protest movement has arisen among Thalessaboran farmers wishing to sell their excess grain on the foreign market. Farmers have been upset by low grain prices caused by huge surpluses in domestic markets.

Farmers demand a revision to government policy, which currently prohibits the export of grain. Morale decreases by 5 points.

NPC 8 concludes deal with Quatron

NPC 8 has agreed to sell a portion of its land to Quatron in exchange for assistance in constructing factories.

Some people (mainly Thalessaboran) did not tell where they wanted cities, etc., so I put these in for you.

Also, all militaries are fully mobilized unless you explicitly tell me to demobilize part of it.

Finally, Vrymnul is losing gold and Argonia is losing food. Vrymnul has about 4-5 months of reserve gold and Argonia has about a year of reserve food. You may want to demobilize, raise taxes, or trade to prevent bankruptcy or starvation.
